fpp mainfold bolts

is there any way to get the top 2 middle bolts very tight? Mine are in there, and they are pretty tight, but I can't get them any tighter and don't want to blow a gasket.

There is no wiggle room or play and it sits flush, I just wanted to check and make sure if this is okay before I go out riding.

you will likely need to grind down a 12MM box wrench to fit in the gap a little better.....

I have 2-3 modded wrenches for this purpose..

ehh that's kinda of what i was afraid of and did not really want to do...maybe i'll buy a cheapo one and grind it. I'd hate to do that to a craftsman.

I have a Riva wrench (has notches cut out of it to clear something on the Riva manifold) and a FP wrench (box end that was ground material on to make less bulky and thinner).

the grinder is your friend.
i have a few of them myself. one for the shop, one for the tool box, one for the beach. lol
grind away!

i grinded and it worked, the bolts aren't going to get any tighter.
