ski held up fine for the few days i had it there , the key is the rocker the superjets that hit it make like two hard impacts but this ramp is a nice approach and is all teflon

here is the new ski in white

Love the X-9 hood . To bad you can't get them anymore . Truly function meets fashion . Did you use the same xft double hood liner seal or just use the standard type of liner ?

Here is a video of the speed test we did with the ski. i wanted it handle like a race ski so you could do bottom turns on waves and carve and i think it handle pretty good for a freestyle ski.... will get pics and video of in the surf ....this is my mate in the pic he has only been on the ski for 10 seconds....no shoes so no rolls.....ski is just a ported 760 ... i will try and get a trim and see if we can flip it with the 760 in it ... please note i built this for the surf but Jon is confident he will be able to flip flatwater and ride it in the surf :)

Sounds like a sweet ski!!! Thanks for the video, it is nice to see an A/M actually being ridden and not just flipped or rolled.

I would like to see more A/M hulls come to the U.S.!

yeah its the X9 ..got the last one straight from Sergio, changed the way it is glued so yes has the full inner liner but no hand holds and re shaped it so it will fit better ...just waiting on my fiberglass to finish the moulds :) they are a great hood

here is the inside of the ski. the finish is flowcoat , the engine mounts are the RRP ones that i get from RRP, the mounts are different as i use brass insert into a fiberglass mould, RRP uses ally blocks glassed in.... the firewall is custom to suit my wide tray.

Just some unedited video of me with my ski , at the end is a speed run to show how it corners, chest mounts are OK but you can not get them to face forward any more and as i am short i crouch alot when i ride

Some still video pics from the promo video i will be doing soon , testing still continues will be doing a flat water version which is 100mm shorter 4 inches in yanky speak :) and then i am trying some new tubbbies, not that it needs it as the old SJ used to nose dive in waves this thing is like a XFR or rickter in the surf very hard to bury the nose
