Food 4 Thought. Blaster1 Footholds?

Ive bn pondering about this 4 a while now, Had a scary bail a while ago coz I tried to kick the ski away and my one foot broke the footstrap and the other stayed in it.... nothing serious but still scary.:frown:

What fibre glass or style can one use.xact copy of xft those cool footholds or always custom.....:woot:

I've seen them on here or PWCT at some point. Just use large washers on the bottom of the strap bolts.

I toyed with the idea of footholds for sometime.......then I resigned to the fact that the straps actually work very well.

they're fiberglass and go over the footwell. I don't remember the site. I know someone here knows what I"m talking about and might be able to give a link.

IMO, that setup only works for a flatwater setup. Those things are asking for a broken ankle in the surf.

exile they are just blowsion footholds for a superjet they were pretty easy to put in th only thing i did was glassed a support from the bottom of the foot hold to the bottom of the hull inside yes you are riding pigeon toed but it is like every thing it only feels weird for a couple of rides then you get use to it IMO i think straps are the way to go if i did another i would go straps but that just because it is easyer to install
