honestly, i just ordered it when freestyleriverrat recieved his d-cut ride plate, it says it in his thread.
we agreed on building it b/c he said he would bring it to daytona
i happend to get a christmas bonus that is going to fly me out there and the cheapest available were this weekend
pretty much just told him what i wanted the night i ordered the d-cut plate and the x-jet mold wasnt getting used at the time so he could start on it right away but it is just a hull so they dont take long anyways
the pole might take a little bit and there will be plenty to finish b4 daytona but the bottom hull was done and he said he would have the top done b4 i get there on fri then this weekend we can do the plumbing and set the footholds:woot: :woot:

whats for me?
was there a door prize?
damn i hate it when im confused?
im not hating on jeff just wondered how long still dont know when you ordered the ride plate?
i agree hes got some trick shiz
one day when my $ is crazy ill get me one but untill then i have to wait

After talking with Jeff, he stated that boat was to much for the surf. Said that it made his 23?lb boat with a 5mm stroker Lamey PV with dual 49 full spec carbs feel like a 550 in compaRISON TO THE 12. Keep in mind the rev 12 weigh's 268 I believe?

Damn---I guess you were serious about having the coin to buy mine that was for sale. The plane ticket alone has gotta' be pretty pricey.

I wish you a safe trip and hope your hull is what you expect when you receive it.:fingersx:

Bring your wetsuit.

Which REV is it? I was under the impression that the REV from World's was sold. :dunno:

How many hulls total has Jeff built? Anyone know the X-Jet to F1Pro to REV ratios?!?

Also, did the owner of the REV in Havasu ever receive his ski?

He did if he finished paying for it

My rough guess is 12 X-Jets that are built (not ordered), 3 F1-Pro's, and I have no idea about the REV's but at the rate Jeff goes, probably not more than 4 at this point (but for sure at least 3).

yea u got me on the kick for the freestyle hull (built) and i was talking to jeff when i ordered the ride plate (thurs i think) and told him how you sold it and he offered to build me the x-jet i wanted for a fair price. nothing too crazy, mostly glass but still only 85lbs!  the deal was if he built it and brought it to daytona i would buy it! DEAL!:hail:

as far as the plane tickets only $400 round trip 3300miles not too bad i thought

he still has the rev12 from world finals (the one we are taking out:haha: ) and i guess the guys going to pay for it after the first of the year or something.

as much for the weather i guess he said we would go to the lake if its not too bad and he said they def have drysuits so hopefully everything pans out well and we get to ride :arms: :arms:

i think i only ordered it last week and he said he already had the bottom done today and he said he would have the top done b4 fri. he said the rev mold has been tied up so i guess he has quite a few on order but i wanted the x-jet anyways

i think he might have changed his ways or its easier with some extra help in the shop. he said hes been running nonstop but also if you dont order the everything at once like maybe just a hull those are a lot easier to pop out than the whole picture, hull (fit to you), 66e (machine work, pipe, exaust manifold, intake manifold) blah blah blah, all the time consuming crap
building a complete ski with paint, turf, pole, and any ported motor etc.. is going to run you at least 3/4 months minimum anyways, and he does it all so its not like he buys the pole or bracket or hood etc. he makes everything in house!:skull2:

ill def take a lot of pics and try to get some vid. of the skis:biggthumpup:
