Got bored so I drew up some plans and came up with this 
this is the bottom and I set it up to where it clears everything from steering left and right, trim up.
all I have to do is make a duplicate of this and trim for the thrust trim arm, and turn the ends nearest to the plastic nozzle in with a little glass. It's nice and tight and it will be able to be put on while the steering/trim setup is in the ski, I was going off pics of the rrp flow guard but changing stuff up that isn't really needed to make it as compact as possible
