flow control valve

about what rpm do you guys run your valves at? I"m thinking mine is open to much.

I run mine with zero washers on my 701 so like 2500R's?

I run it with all 3 washers on a 760 with a B pipe going in to a TDR waterbox. But it is the secondary line so I only want it pizzin at high R's.

mines the pro valve, so I just have to twist it to adjust it.
