Can't wait for the painted pics, and PLEASE don't put 2 bilge pumps in your ski. The scupper will work plenty fast and they seal well if you know what you're doing when you install it. I have not had a bilge pump in my ski for about 7 years.....

The other thing I see is a SN waterbox in your pic above, you may be happier with a RN box???

I need bilges...I sunk the hell out of my last trinity and it had a one way.

Its a FP waterbox (maybe for a SN?) but from what I've been told is that it won't make a power difference and since I got it for $50 and RN boxes go for double that I figured I'd use it? Plus its lighter :)

Any teasers on paint schemes?

well the paint was suppose to be there the same day I dropped the skiis off...didn't happen. Looks like I can't win with :):):):) being on time when it comes to this build.

They look awsome! Primarily surf or flat...? What made you go with a trinity hull over all the others, just curious?

They are for lake riding, but we do get some massive boats and MASSIVE double ups...

Before school I buttoned up my motor..

And assembled my ebox, quick disconnects all around and installed the OCD Tidy Bilge Harness. That thing is AWESOME! Ground and power are all connected inside the ebox so you don't have to run anything to the battery! That and the OCD Surf Armor will go on every other ski I build. Highly recommend it..

So for flat water why the Trinity over a freak, or xfs, gen2 bob. They look great, I would love to hear more about them...... You dont see many trinitys around.

A. I live the looks of this hull
B. we beat the :):):):) out of our skis up here, our last film day we totaled 5 skis...and I mean totaled
C. I don't want a short hull like the bob's or xft because I still want to freeride it (I live on a giant lake)
D. I had a trinity before and the quality is amazing

OCD/brett, talk about the build, if you want to argue the points of whose hull to spend your money on, start a new thread. This is a build thread...

Glad you guys finally got them... Is Brandon gonna put the DASA engine he bought from me in his matrix? That will rock so hard with his weight. BF, no prob. Also that SN waterbox, is that from Brandon that was in the SJ i sold him.. if so, that Waterbox is kick ass and weighs probably 4-5 lbs lighter than a RN OEM and most other aftermarket. Its a factory pipe box. Also its not very loud either.

Anyways, good luck on the builds and cant wait to see them done and see some "WakeHeads" video on the before the summer is over!
Congrats and good luck! :beerchug:

Yeah he is putting the DASA in there with a different set of carbs and an epic. Its not the one out of your old ski but its the same, I got it from a buddy who had parts for an SJ he wanted to get rid of. Glad to know the box works!

I took my time making sure the handlepole bracket was squared off etc...then realized my handlepole is effing BENT and not straight. I dunno how you bend a handlepole sideways but apparently that can happen. Had to pull everything off and put the bracket on a little crooked so that handlepole would sit somewhat centered on the hood.

Finishing up aligning the pump today, I'll run the steering etc up the pole and then off to class..awesome..
