Super Jet Finally made the switch!

Well being a kawi owner my whole jet ski carrier, i finally made the switch. I picked up this gem and couldn't be more excited. 01 bone stock SuperJet. The only thing the guy did was turf and a chin pad cover. now the fun begins!

I remember going from a brand new 99 SXi Pro to a SJ like it was yesterday...never ever ever looked back or even had the thought of looking back!

when i looked at the ski for the first time, i did a compression test and it blew 75 in both cylinders so i got the price down thinking i was going to have to do a top end but i tested it tonight and it was at 140. same tester and everything. so I'm going to get a buddies test to clear it all up.

I never had any problems with electrical much but more with trying to run a timing advance on a 750 sx. This is bad to say but i didn't know it at the time. I got the ski with a factory dry pipe and the motor doesn't have dual cooling. Then i tried running the timing advance along with that, needless to say i had to get pulled in a few times cuz she got a little hot!

I disagree, Kawis have a way better electical system/box. for the most part they are both junk, Superjets are just more fun to ride.

No diss on Kawis intended, I've had a couple that have been great and tons of fun to ride.... Of course my Kawi 550SX has a Superjet motor in it now. -)
