Last summer I had the return line pop off on the fuel tank, spraying around like crazy and I was about a mile out trying to push it back on while riding..........

The glue is $35 and you can just push it out and mix it by hand. If you would like to buy the gun it is like $89 i beleave. And if i see there are alot of these parts selling if people leave a deposit for the gun i can lend one out and return the deposit when the gun is sent back.

for bottom peice i would just need can of glue,screws for install. can i do it without the gun you were talking about

Yes it can be done without the gun just push out equal amounts of the glue mix and apply. After it dries about 10 hours later for full cure @ 70 take the screws fill the holes and finish sand.

there use to be 550/440 hood made out of acylic, they fogged up as soon as the motor cranked...........

Make one with a plumbing system in it so that the ski pisses into it then out of the ski. Keep that puppy hot and there will be no fog.

I thought about glassing a piece into my hood so I could look down into it. I figured it'd just get dirty and be a waste and a weak spot.

the only thing out there is the blowsion hood for $700

or you can go with a top-deck conversion and still have to buy an a/m hood to go with it. that's well over $1000

so another hood option to dress up an old square at a lower price point than blowsion would probably be well received.

Well if you feel bad about buying a Blow Me hood at least there is an option for you... The onlt thing we had before now was the Japanese route for X2 stuff which is way too much $$$
