Hey everyone,
A few of you might have seen previously I was riding a 2004 RN Wamilton sent me for my sponsorship. I did the work on the hull to make it 80 percent surf ready. The motor was bone stock minus a milled head. It ran great for a month then slowly but surely took a poop and died out in Oregon at the Blowsion beach party.:banghead:

SO with inspiration after riding Cuong's surf ski, I had a conversation with Paul at LPW and John at Jet ski solutions and am now riding with their sponsorship and soon to be product!.

My electrical system Came in 2 weeks ago.
It was a COMPLETE overhaul of my entire electrical system.
Everything was redone and worked over by John
-Start stop switch
-Everything in the electrical box including Coil and start stop relay.
-Stator
I am VERY excited to run the ski with this bullet proof system. I will post pictures later on into the build.

But TODAY I received my package from Paul Lehr of LPW .:bananapowerslide:
-Freeride Porting and hone for new original bore pistons
-Port matched Factory pipe manifold and headpipe
-Bored Reduction pump nozzle
-Lightened flywheel
-Epoxied intake manifold
-jetted my Dual 44mm carbs

My Financial sponsor for this build is Visa they are generous enough to allow me to make $15 monthly payments. I'm taking a risk here but I really want to get out there and accomplish things for this sport!

I am extremely excited my ski is coming back together. I will post more pictures and information as progress comes.

Harr, what happened to the ski at the Blowsion party? I remember towing you over to the ski with my Blaster, and then helping you dump the water out of it on the beach.
We saw a broke motor mount at the time - what else got busted?

yeah... that was after it speared me in the gut bobbing down after droping off a wave... that was fun. but quite honestly it was running like dog doo doo all weekend and the week before i left. So I just wanted to fully tear down and rebuild. Oh and yes two motor mounts died that weekend somehow after it sank. Thanks for your help again hopefully next time it will be a different story.

I had John do exactly everything he did to your electrical. Amazing work there. Been one whole season now and everything is still bullet proof.

It is a dual 44mm intake manifold my friend :wavey:
and if i wrote differently above then my bad its a 44mm one

HI Mark...Good to see that you are improving and moving on...Great to hear that you got a sponsor. I finished my 550, not dialed in perfectly yet, but I had the chance to ride a SJ for a while, and must admit I like it. However the weight is still an issue, I bet riding a lightweight hull is like day and night difference.

Anyways I am planning to build myself something nice, I will keep my 550, just so I can see my progress as well

:jester: if i had a picture of john of JSS i totally would of done a quick little photoshop thing that is kinda funny though.

Yesterday I sand blasted my semi corroded and bubbled paint of my crank case to prep for a little heavy coating of black engine paint to keep her tough through the salt.
Still waiting for wammer parts to completely assemble the motor.

he has downsized due to his new job that he makes his living off of now. Now he can still do work for people and love doing it because he doesnt have to make a living off of it.
Quite honestly he is the coolest guy I have talked to, Super helpful, loves the sport, and a man of his word.

Paul now works a full time job like most of us. He does not have his shop any more. but like posted still does engine work. Just does not fool with PWC Repairs.
