just got off the phone with us composites from ordering everthing i need to get this done should be here first of next week they said. so while i am home i will work on getting the foam cut and put in the tray.

Well I got a little fiberglass work done today filled in the rear bond line in and then layed a layer 1708 on one side will do the other side tomorrow. Also filled in the square where the scupper went on the same side.

Ok I have a question. What is something else I can use besides 5200 to seal off tubes going thru the hull and bulkhead ?

Why dont you wanna use 5200?

5200 will probably be the best

5200...You can mix epoxy resin/cabosil/fine saw dust and make a pretty good glue but it is not as flexible and can crack...5200 will give a little and wont crack.

I would like to use some but none of the stores in my town carry it so i was just thinking before I have to order some

i found some at a ace hardware in this lil ass town. and u can get it at home depot

Yeah there was a small lake around this town they had marine section, and was shocked they carried it

our local walmart and about every hardware store carries 5200 here, but as you know i live right next to lake texoma. If you have to order it Mcmaster carries it.
