Engine running HOT ? how hot should pisser water be ?

I have a old kawasaki Jetmate ,, rebuilt a 750 ZXI dual carb engine for it and it runs perfectly .. only thing is its seems very hot .. you cant realy hold your hand in the pisser water its too hot .. and checkingthe engine it seems very hot also .. not sizzling when water is sprinkled on it but still very hot to the touch also the exhaust which should be hot is hot ,, but not sizz;l9n water ,,
will this be ok or will engine life be short runng hot like this ? .. I am going to check the cooling lines but pisser is pissn out fine .. I did notice upon the first run it wasnt pissn very well at fiorst so it could be some restricion from the line running from the pump to the exhaust manifold ???

depends, if you are idling the pisser water is going to be much hotter then if you are riding it where the water is getting recycled faster.

well it seems to run fine .. just realy hot pisser water even at higher speeds .. I know many of my jetskis I can hold my hand in the pisser water .. wham to hot but not as hot as this one .. running extra oil just to be cautious ...
