I haven't ridden this one, but I did ride one of his 6mm ADA setups and it makes pretty decent power. If this is built similarly, the 5mm in stroke is only a few cc's less.

From a parts point of view (considering that they are used), the crank is about $1000, cylinders (considering used, but assembled and ported) I would estimate $750, and cases (with porting) about $250, so the motor is likely worth at least $2000 in parts.
