Surfriding Duckbill for surf riding?

I am looking for something to help get the water out of my ski when I ride surf. I run an electrical bilge, but it doesn't get all of the water out very well because some water gets stuck in the back left of the hull. The reason there is a space in the back left is because it is an EME Q8 Sky hull, so there was a scupper there. I noticed a lot of racers running duckbills on there skis, and it got me thinking that duckbills could be helpful for surf riding and freestyle. Scuppers and versiplugs are obviously not ideal for surf, because they sink skis.

So does anyone have experience with duckbills for freeride/freestyle?

versiplugs, im very happy with mine. as long as the inside of your hull is clean of debris it wont let water in.

Duckbills dry rot and break off
Get a Versi-plug

And put a Versiplug....BEST thing IMO.

I run a normal scupper but have the flap secured to a small spring on the end of some cord tied to an engine mount.

Versi on both Blasters and BOB. Work great, Duckbills cost the same,wear out, don't evacuate the water as fast
