That didn't take long. Lost the holiday weight.

180lbs. Now it is time to dip into the 170's.

Way to go Premix. Starting is the hardest part, folowed by sticking to it.

MB what kind of mile times are you running? I always heard that is you do 5-6 sprints at the end of the jog it helps to burn the fat quicker. Or so I have been told...

I'm down 13 lbs from my highest ever which was last year, and still want to go another 15-20 lbs to get back down to where I was in the Navy.

Cutting down on Mountain Dews, doing situps/pushups, eating smaller portions, and drinking more water are what does it for me.

Wow, I haven't checked in for a while and the last post was 10 days ago.

Where are you folks at?

I know it is friday, but oh well.

178.5 lbs.

Mainly diet, it has been to wet and nasty to make any training classes. Come on warm weather!

So I lied. I looked at my old Navy records and I weighed between 153-166 while I was in.

I was up to 206 at one point last year, currently 189 and dropping consistently.

My original goal was 180, but after seeing my old Navy weight I am rethinking that and maybe will reset to 170-175.

I know I'm at the last notch on my belt already, and can tell a difference in my face too.

Just think, this will be like taking 35lbs off my ski!

Here's the kicker. Our company is starting a new Employee Wellness program which includes removing all the 'bad' sodas from the fridge in the office building. No more grabbing a Dew on the way to the server room. I had already cut down to 1 or 2 per day max, and the new program just reaffirmed my changes.

Its been a while since ive posted my weight, 2.5 months i think. i've put on another 3-4 pounds. It fluctates given water weight i think. Goal is 165.

I'm down to 185, shooting for somewhere around 170-175 which I haven't been since I got out of the Navy in 95.

Dropped some since last check in
175lbs HS graduation weight.

I am thinking 170 isn't going to be light enough, I still look chunky...
