Dropping gut - the check in thread.

Weighed in Tuesday night after eating all weekend, but did a lot of running around and I stayed at 193. Looking to be under 190 buy December 5th
How is everyone else doing.

6'1 155lbs..........my goal is + 10-15 lbs of muscle by May. Need to bulk up muscle groups around my joints, they took quite a beating this year.

It's not much, but it isn't a gain.

184 this morning.

I have taken off since Thanksgivng and I am really disappointed in myself. Time to quit being lazy and to stop drinking so much. I want to be in the 170's by Christmas, so I better start working again.

Where is everyone else????
 
214 since last weigh in. I didn't work out at all last week due snow storm & power outage, but made up for it this past weekend. I took my daughter up to Mt. Baker and hit the slopes. Still paying for that today.

I did my first Ju Jitsu class Tuesday. I thought I was in shape. Hell, I thought I knew how to fight.

Have to say that is the hardest workout I have ever done. Can't wait for the next class.
 
stayed the same 193 but did nothing. Need to put my mind to it and just do it.
Maybe running today at lunch time. But i will probably find something else to do.

Well, worked my butt off last week. I have started hitting the weights like a mad man to have more strenght on the ground. I stayed the same at 183lbs but I am getting stronger.

Can definately tell the body fat is decreasing.

264 this morning but I'm sicker than a dog, I can't keep anything down and I can't stay hydrated, so I bet that I'm a right around 270. I'll weigh in again tomorrow to see if that has changed at all.

We had so many people on the wagon in the beginning. Now we have 3 maybe 4 that are still working at it.

Well, today is a land mark for me. I have lost 40lbs since the middle of August. I have 10lbs left to get to my goal, and no doubt that I will reach it.

Keep at it guys.

I'm not giving up. I dipped under 190 this morning (my daytona goal) I was waiting until monday to report in though.
 
Still working at it. Kids have been sick this week so I did not go swimming. Thus I did not get weighed in since the scale is at the Y. Hoping to work out this weekend since wife will be working and I will have some time waiting for Kelly (three year old) to get up so we can go Christmas shopping. :Banane01:
 
We've been having snow and wind storm "issues" in the PNW lately - both keeping me from the gym for the last 3 weeks. That said, last time I weighed in, I was 214. My luck, it was just the muscle lost through lack of use...
