300/440/550 dripping pisser

The pisser on my 550 sx has little more than a dribble coming out of it, is this normal?

It depends. Has it always done that? Blow an air compressor through all your lines and replace your head gasket.

My pisser leaks sometimes too, but I give it a couple of shakes and it stops. :wink:

Why does water coming out the pisser worry you? It's supose to.

Mine comes gushing out when I really have to go, I mean hit the throttle.

they will smoke a little at startup,
but once water pressure is up you should see no smoke when operating

My js550 smokes a little at startup.

at startup its normal to see smoke until the water starts pissing, once the water comes out it should constently flow and the pressure will variate along with throttle. if it piddles out inconsitantly and is smoking while riding then check for a gasket leak.
