Does anybody still make a decent trailer for two standups?

Just like the title says...looking for a nice medium width trailer, bunked for two standups with winches and enough room up front for a fuel jug rack and my beach cart.

The Shadow single place would easily carry 2 standups but is overkill for just 2 small machines and massive overkill on the $3500 price tag. WOW!!!

I'm going to mount an eye on my 07 in the same location. Winches are so much more secure than bow pins too.

Zeiman out west use to make nice trailers. I think a company called Long Run made some nice ones as well.

I had a trailer custom built back in 94. Still using it today.

The Zeimans are nice but a little too wide for my plans at 100"!!

I think they will custom build you one. Or take the 100" one, have them modify it with the older stand up type bunks (Verticle 2x4's) and pust them out, then build a mount for your tote to ge between them.

I was browsing old trailer threads and may have found a way to reconfigure my current trailer to work. It's not ideal but it will be a good solution in the interim. Seems like you always have too much trailer or not near enough...never a perfect trailer.

All I want to carry is 2 standup skis, 3-4 fuel jugs, beach cart and fit in the garage without protruding into her side...

You better build a shop!!!!!!!!!! My trailer stayed in our 2 car garage for the first 6 months until I started building my shop. Sometimes trailer on side of the house or in back yard with ski's on stands in the garage. Since the shop was build I have parked my truck inside 2 nights in a row. And that was it.

I keep the skis on stands/beachcart and the trailer in the back yard unless we are riding regularly. I actually really like this setup but I busted up the bow mount at Daytona and nee dto make some adjustments to fit the wider Matrix and haul at least 3 fuel jugs

LOL, I make the payments on the car, she grumbles but it will go outside. It actually sat out for 2 full days when I built my 07. :biggrin:

LOL I have the same problem, she is cool with her car outside in the summer but in the winter (when I need to work on my ski) she parks in the garage and I have a TINY 2 car with a big workbench, tool box, two(ish) skis, motard, streetbike and pitbike. Plus other random junk (fuel jugs, parts, garbage can). One of Butti's hitch haulers and a beach cart take up a bit less room than my old trailer but she doesn't have a ski anymore.

boyer you will likely have to fab something up yourself.....I'd like to have a nice big single alum trailer converted to a double myself...


but until I have a place to put the trailer loaded all week long Ill continue to haul in the bed/hauler...

doing everything I can to get rid of stuff to make room in the garage for a car

I bought a double sit down trailer a couple of years ago and modded it to hold 3 standups across and one across the front, plus a 4 fuel jug holder and trailer box.

It's a loadrite - and it's definitely wider than some of the other trailers out there... but it works great.

Fab what you want... or, I was thinking of selling this one (no longer need it).

I love my loadrite full aluminum trailer its setup for 3 stand ups and a blaster, has 4 jug fuel rack, storage box, and room for the beach cart plus with the torsion axle it tows and rides awesome these are the only pics i have and if remeber right its under 100 inches i think its 98 at the widest.

How do you figure a winch is more secure than bow pins?

a winch has a strap - which can be cut.

Does harbor friend still make there double stand up trailer? I have one and have a box from a pick up bed mounted on the from and it works great for two stand ups although the tired are kind of small
