Super Jet do you run the anode between your jugs?

I have a torn down 701 motor with no anode
my 650 has one last time I pulled the heads
do you run one?

Not sure how to vote. Don't have one, never seen one. But it is a proven method of corrosion control. If there is a sacrificial anode in my sj, I've not seen it.
But that doesn't make it a bad idea.

leave it if it is there but most the water drains from the cylinder anyways so it is not really a problemn for sj ,but could be for some sit downs specially if they are on a slty dock or in the water all the time

most people including engine builders don't bother replacing them. I've never been able to notice additional corrosion.

i run it, but dont know if it really does anything, because as stated the cylinder doesnt have water in it except when the pump is pumping

They do nothing in our watercraft. These engines were designed with other applications in mind, not just watercraft. The anode would have some value if it was submerged in still water.
