I'm near the completion of the break-in process of my superjet and have been pulling the plugs on occasion to inspect. I am about half way through my 2nd tank of 25:1. I was running all out in some heavy chop for about a minute and then idled in (about 30 sec.), pulled plugs and they look lean to me. There was no plug chops being done, just removed and checked for piece of mind.
They time before they were much darker although I had idled through a no wake zone for a good 2 minutes and blew the residual water out of the water box before checking the plugs. One thing I have done since then was to install new case bolts without breaking base gasket seal, and remove one of the screens in the stock F/A. This ski is an all stock '08 SJ-
