Surfriding did i break something??!!

ran my 780 groupk motor 2 weeks ago, flushed it, sprayed it down with wd and covered it, outside, went to start it and it made a, the only way i can describe this sound, barking noise and stops, i try again thinking thats a weird sound, same thing, once more nothing and the battery is too hot to touch. please tell me that it's not dunzo. i am going to pull it into the garage tonight, after i make room, to get into it but, help?!

Sounds like it's hydrolocked. Was the engine running while you flushed it? Another possibility is that the tank pressurized in the heat, popped a needle off the seat and filled the cylinder full of fuel.

Pull the plugs and the flywheel cover and turn it over by hand.

no never leave the hose on and ski off:bad3: i pulled the pump and the wear ring is warped to the impeller, in 2 weeks of heat it warped, the motor turns manually but will not turn over with the start/stop, fuse did not look blown and batt has 12.87 volts.

If no clickey then check your start stop switch. SS. imple continuity test can rule that out.or pull your ebox and jump the solonoid

Start stop is good, i guess I have to pull the ebox out. Can I grind the bubble in the wear ring down and hone it? Or will that make a weak spot to just bubble again

Jumped the solenoid connected to the jump pack. Turned right over. Took a 3rd look at my sealed gel batt. The post was cracked. While I have the ebox open tho, I have the enhancer set at 7200 rpms, I think. I can't really tell tho. What should I run?
