Decisions Decisions... Girdled Vs. Non- girdled

Well now that Christmas is over, it's time to make my shopping list.

My big decision is which ski I want to work on and I'm looking for opinions. Last summer I picked up an x2, 94 750sx, and an ultranautics jetstar. Long story short the keyboard will get restored, yada yada yada. What I'm really stuck deciding is which ski I want to soak up my time and money into. The x2 runs but needs to be restored. The sx was basically just a parts purchase. The engine was toast, but the ski came with a lot of nice AM parts, so I picked it up cheap. I already went and spent the money to get the juga bored, new Pistons, crank, etc. it is just about time to rebuild the engine and slap it into something. However, I have to head. I cannot decide what head to get. I want to run pump gas, and have a really solid powerful dependable engine. I've always loved the idea of girdled heads but don't know if it is worth the extra moola. And what brand should I buy, I know there are a few different companies that make a 750 head.

Also, what is everyone's opinion on the builds? The sx hull is beat up, the previous owner did the worst hull patch Job I have ever seen, so it would take a lot of glass work to make it nice again. I was thinking about scraping that hull and putting the driveline into the x2, and then saving up for a cheaper AM hull. What do you think?

What about a R&D head with girdle studs? My engine consists of almost all R&D AM parts, manifolds, pipe, etc. just thought it would be cool to stick with the brand but it doesnt really matter.

R&D is a little old school and replacement domes, parts, etc. are not as readily available.

ada and tbm girdle bolts right on kawis with no machining.
r&d needs clearancing of cylinder.
kawis can crack once you put heavy pipes and high compression.
