cooling line/b pipe question

on a superjet-single line cooling, how do the cooling lines go? when i took it apart 1 line went from the head to the underside of the factory b pipe and then line 2 went from the top of the pipe to the outlet, and the MAUNFACTURER says line 1 goes from head to the top of the pipe and then from the botm of the piupe to the outlet-althought they did say some people do hook it up where the water does flows from the head to the bottom of the pipe-has anyone routed it from the head to the top? whats the dif ? does way works better?-it seemed to work fine last year when water went from the head to the btm of the pipe-SUGGESTION????

Some say it eliminates air pocked since its filling from the bottom. It is also said the cooler water is better for power (since most rely on the bottom screw the most)

I think you will be fine either way.

would tuning the pipe work the same way-or should i just stick w stock settings, i did just bore the clyinders and port it,im prob going to keep it w the head to btm of the pipe layout since it wont matter?
