Converting a trailer. Will they fit?

If they don't fit normally you can definitely make it work... I made a tiny jon boat trailer work with 2 stand ups with some modification. The ski's hang over the wheels a tiny bit but it works.

If they don't fit side by side, why not put one in front of the other two?

What he said, but if you try to squeeze all 3 side-by-side, make sure you leave plenty of room between them. It sucks when the skis rub on eachother on the trailer. Stuff moves around a lot more than you'd think it would.

I did it a few years ago with a GSXL, Superjet and an SXR. I was within 1/2" of legal width but ended up overweight on my tires. I moved one ski up to the trailer tongue to put more weight on the hitch.

I had a good inch between all the skis.

How did I get here?

Cake.

I put a SJ, a 550, and an XP side by side on our trailer.

The trick was to put the XP on the outside, and raise the 2 outside skis about 6" higher then the middle.

X2 Rags and I bought and converted this old boat trailer. Holds 4 skis and then some. It's also 20' long, but you get the idea. This is the way to go if you want the most ski's in the smallest space.

Depending on what trailer you have you have to raise the outside skis slightly to sit above the wheels a little , I am currently converting a 8 wide shorelander to hold 3 standups and a blaster with Blaster in the middle 2 standups on outside and another one infront

Thanks for the ideas! The only reason I want to put all 3 side by side, is when we move them to Texas the trailer is going to haul all 3 skis plus the 2 bikes in front. After the move it’s just going to be just the 3 skis, so I won’t have to worry about space.
