I read all the posts i could find on here by using the search function and can't find what i am looking for. See plenty of threads on how to run the lines on a 701 or 750 but not sure how the lines run on an x-2 with a 650. my guess is pump line into the manifold like stock, one from head to front of head pipe then from here I am not sure. there is a stock line that was on the rear head pipe stock fitting that runs back to the bulkhead is this a dump line? do i run a T in this line and send the other end to the stinger? there was a crappy skinny line running from the stock head pipe to a bypass what do i dump into this fitting.

40deg air prob about 45-50 water and this thing was HOTTTT. I am going to pull the head pipe off make sure all/any holes into the pipe are clear. The chamber was super hot from the head pipe to the coupler and cooler from the coupler to the stinger, wierd i thought since there isn't any more water from the coupler to the stinger injection point. Any ideas? Wondering if there isn't enough water getting out of the motor, ie the water is in there too long and not cooling it enough.
here is what i have:

Check the headpipe, plug off one of the hoses and blow through the other, the water (air) should be coming out inside the headpipe at a reduced rate. If the water isn't coming out of the headpipe at P3 when testing, one of the fittings might be plugged.

There was a good water flow out P3 into S1 and A1 and I did clean those fittings. I didn't think about checking where the water is injected into the Exhaust gas will look there next.

With single cooling use the center fitting on the exhaust manifold.

Sounds to like you need to remove the headpipe fitting and check the inner bleed hole that cools the innerchamber and chamber boot. if it's perfectly clean then I would disconnect the small water bypass or use a restrictor in the bigger bypass as maybe you dont have enough back pressure to send enough into the inner pipe, But my guess is your headpipe inner bleed hole is clogged.
