clearing exhaust tube w/ rev footholds

Looks like I'm going to either get a new tube or get a new section welded into this one and mod the foothold.

Definitely repair or replace the tube, its way too restricted.

I had to mod my Blowsion Klowners to clear a carbon fiber exhaust tube I made.
I dont have a pic of my mod, but heres a stock pic. I cut along the red line, bent the flap up a half inch n reglassed em.

better footholds is a better idea.

That is not an option there are no "better" footholds IMO We will get it done this week in Jakes ski. Still don't know how we are doing it since he has surf boards as shoes. He wants all the toe room possible so we are trying not to cut the holds.

I lowered mine about an inch in the engine compartment and still had to cut and re-glass the toe of the hold.

Yea.. Illinois kinda makes salt water hard to find... I don't have the luxury of riding in the "promise" land like you coat riders do. Maybe when I hit the Lottery I can move to the coast and learn why ankle cutouts won't work.

I have to somewhat agree with Wavedemon on this. I like how they fit my feet, but I think I broke both of my feet in Daytona the first time I rode with these holds. It hurt to put shoes on for 2 months.
