What is the best way to clean your engine, exhaust and other internal parts?

I use WD40 on a shop rag. It works pretty well for those types of parts.

i use salt away or dawn dish soap...then wd-40 everything too

I use corrosionX. It is much better than WD or similiar products, try it.
