Cleaning oily residue from hull

Just bought this Waveraider, which has the auto oil injection. Its been sitting for several years and had half inch of water and oil mix in the bottom. Cleaned it out and now left with this stain. Any ideas how to get it cleaned up? I've tried Dawn, Grease Lightning and even some acetone but they are not touching it.

Try simple green, and let it soak.

If you Can get you hands on a stream cleaner that works

Super Clean works mint, its in a purple spray bottle, same thing about letting it soak.

I just bought a steam cleaner...still have yet to use it though lol. I have also found Spray Nine Marine to work really well on hulls and bilges. Here is the steam cleaner I bought...
