I bought the roller and edger from US composites and hate to toss them. I was just wondering if maybe mineral spirits or paint thinner or something like that may let me clean those tools.

I would say acetone and whole lot of good heavy duty paper towels and rubber gloves.

I abuse the rubber gloves man. Like 10 or 15 pair for a set of footholds.

Acetone is the best thing for cleaning up epoxy. I keep a coffee can (with a top on it! That stuff evaporates very quickly) of it to clean brushes and roller in it (swish them around) try and rub most of the stuff off before putting it in the acetone.

I roll my roller in gas and then light it.......when it burns out wipe off any still on and repeat. Make sure to spin the roller part so the inside gets cleaned out too. May not be the best way but it works for me:biggrin:
