FX-1 Cleaned tray for new turf, found crack and something else nasty.

Finally getting around to putting new turf on my ski. I start scraping away the old turf/foam and find this.

I have no idea how long that pump mount has been broken, but wow.... I can't believe that.

So my online brethren... pllllleeeeeeeeeeease help a brotha out here. What is the proper method to repairing the crack, and where do i get the pump mount and a bolt?

Are either of these failures common? I can't believe this happened... but maybe its normal.

grind off the gel, glass over with epoxy...pm me for an insert/bolt

can you put a tape next to one of the other pump bolts? Ive got so much hardware dont always know whats what hahah
