paint jobs are over rated...

I didn't know you had a head on that engine... You sure its not just your gauge?

not completely, but i doubt its 35 psi off...the gauge isnt very old, but then again its not a snap-on. I just felt that it had lost some power, and afer all the hours it makes sense

im really just trying to find a reason to get more power...my ski sucks

haha... i feel ya.

BJ 46mm carb with some porting from Art. New top end. You'll feel some increase for sure.

My engine was tired when I rebuilt and it was a huge increase.

Any porting right now will take some time. you should find a stock bore cylinder, send it out for the bore/hone porting. Then when you get it all back sell your old cylinder with pistons.
