O I remember. LOL I was standing there watching 14000.00 of my hard earned dollars go up in flames!!! lol Seems like it was just yesterday that I threw up approx 1 minute after the fire was put out. I have never been so sick/scared in my life!!!lol

It caught fire when a combustible material, in combination with a sufficient quantity of an oxidizer, was exposed to a source of heat above the flash point for the fuel/oxidizer mix, which was then able to sustain a rate of rapid oxidation.

Well, there was a fuel source, a ignition source, and then a fire. DUH

I had sunk my ski early that morning at Pensacola Beach and spent ALL day trying to get it fired up w/no luck. About midnight me and 25 of my friends were still trying to fire it up. SOmebody had the idea of starting it on 1 cylinder. We take hte back plug out and Brian holds the plug/plug wire grounding to the engine, I work the start button and the trigger, another guy is working the primer and it started. We were all standing/kneeling in saltwater. I get the chit shocked out of me and in turn light up Brian who drop the plug and plug wire all to find someone had knocked the primer line off the carbs so gevverson was priming raw fuel into the engine bay. POOF. She went up like a mother.

Long story short-should have waited till the next morning when we could see what we were doing and wasnt soooo dam tired. lol We tried dam near everything to put the fire out and nothing was working. Finally the GA crew put a beer cooler full of ice on the fire and that cooled it enough to get it out.

Best part-I had to replace 8" of primer line and that was it!!!

yeah, it didn't want to start, so you pissed it off...LOL
