Carb Jetting and Tuning Advice...please

I am currently in the middle of my first jetski build and I planned on going with the following jetting based on instructions I recieved with my Mod B Pipe:

Main (High) Jet : 145
Pilot (Low) Jet : 120
High speed screw : 12 turns out from closed
Low speed screw : 2 2 turns out from closed
Spring : 95 gram
Needle & Seat : Stock

But thought I would seek some advice first since I am new at this and have a few other mods on my ski that I'm sure FactoryPipe didn't take into consideration

I would greatly appreciate some advice as to what would be a good starting point when jetting my carbs based on my setup.

2006 SuperJet
-Ported Stock 701 Motor
-Factory B Pipe Mod
-Stock 38mm Dual Carbs (No Choke)
-Boyesen EV RAD Cages & Valves
-Tau Ceti Flame Arrestors
-ADA Racing Head with 35cc domes
-TBM Flywheel
-MSD Enhancer
-Dual Cooling

I don't think you have the correct instructions. I think you're suppose to have these

Those jetting specs are for the single-carb motor.
