Absolutely! Get a stock 701 exhaust manifold -available cheaply- or enlarge the openings of the existing manifold to match the 701 cylinder (they are slightly different)

The exhaust in the photo is a "Pro-Tec stainless steel A-Body" exhaust. That exhaust can be used with the stock 701 exhaust manifold or can be used with a Pro-Tec exhaust manifold. With the Pro-Tec exhaust manifold you will gain about 2 horsepower over the stock manifold. We no longer have any of the 701 (61X) manifolds but you can use the 701 (62T) manifold in its place. The 701 (62T) manifolds sell for $100.00. You will also need a couple of spacers to reduce the mounting hole size on the manifold. Please let us know if you would like to order a manifold and the spacers.

I have that same pipe on my 6m6, except I have the ProTec manifold. I assume that if I bore out the exhaust outlets I can use it on a 61x?

i have that same pipe on my blaster with the pro tec manifold. it works great. i don't know if i had a 61x or 6m6 manifold, but i port matched it to the gasket anyway. only about half an hour with a dremel tool and i was good to go.

I will say I love the sound of that pipe. Doesn't make much power but it sure sounds SICK when idling in and out of the water...

im running that pipe on my 61x blaster with dual 38's it rips. cheap pipe and makes power.
get one cheap and buy a b pipe down the road when you have more coin.
