Did the other one and trimmed up the original before class today...Hobby Lobby was closed so I could not get the foam to shape the cup for the feet.

Lookin good man. The first one took me about 2 hours to shape then I made a template of it and the second took about 30 min. If you want to save some money on under padding you can buy rolls of low density closed cell EVA foam from camping stores for about $8. The stuff they sell at gander mountain is exactly the same as the HT stuff but costs a ton less and comes in pink and purple.

Its underpadding so who cares. China makes alot of EVA foam for shoes and such so the cost per sheet can't be too high. I have been looking for sheets of it online but without any luck. From what I have seen most of the higher density stuff has to be bought in bulk. One of these days I will be in wal-mart and stumble across diamond cut EVA yoga mats.

I have thought about putting it where the e box is and moving it the ebox up front to a dryer more accessable spot. Or, getting a dry cell and putting it under the coupler. I think 550's have the battery in the back and they are are the most flickable ski out there. Malone does it so it must be right:biggrin:

that is looking alot like a 24/7 foothold. Make sure you re-inforce the hell out of that tray area cause you sure did remove alot of supporting area from the tray.
