Broken Reeds

So I've got the new ski apart and it's coming back together reasoonably well.

I took the Full Spectrums off last night and am thinking about rebuilding them (hence this thread here) but I found something that seems to be a running theme with the ski: really nice parts that are just trashed.

I found carbon tech reeds last night in which two were broken off and probably eaten. Should I replace them with new carbon tech or would some cheaper quality ones be just as sufficient for good bottom end and reliability?

Can I rebuild my Full Spectrums or should I send them to the people who don't answer their emails at fastcarbs.com?

If those are rad valves get rid of them. Rad valves work great but they eat reeds. If you are interested in longevity get a set of stockers with carbontech reeds or a set of vforce 2. I have a set of full spectrums on my sj with vforce 2s and it hits pretty good down low and I have been using the same reed petals for 2 years now.

Are you running a reed spacer? I'd recommend doing so, as the Rad valves are longer than stock.

Yes.

Are the "triples" replacement petals? Will they simply bolt up to my current setup?
