Well.....except for that whole falling out of the straps part......but that's no fault of the motor.

This weekend was the maiden voyage for the new blaster. I slammed everything together last week just in time for the pismo trip. I still had a few details to finish up on the beach, and then it was time to put her in the water. It could stand to be tuned a little better, but overall, that 760 KILLS the 701 I was running previously. Unfortunately, my compression estimations were off due to a previously decked cylinder. I'm running 195lbs, the extra snap is great.....the extra gas price is not.

I didn't actually get much time on the water in pismo. But I did get to throw a few rolls, and man, I love it. The combination of more power, and a later approach thanks to recent SJ roll changes, is giving me more height and rotation than ever before. I kept going too far, and I didn't even have time to notch the steering nozzle before I left. I think the extra snap will really help next time I try to backflip this beast.

Ugghh... looks like it hurts. Good luck with your recovery. I remember seeing yamasluts shingina after he did that and I had just hit my shin pretty bad so I went down to the soccer store (i hate soccer- first visit ever into a soccer store) and bought these. They work awesome and you wont even notice them. They mold perfectly to the contour of your shin and the sleeves hold them perfect. highly suggested- well for me anyway- Im not that good.

That's actually a secondary reason for this happening. I didn't have time to properly adjust the straps, i just threw them on straight out of the package. I definitely wasn't as secure as I used to be with my old set.
