blaster chamber on 650

the ski is running really good now, so i have to play with it i take the factory pipe 650 chamber off of ski and try the blaster limited chamber it wont fit unless i grind off a mount that i dont use on jetsport exhaust manifold, holy cow does this thing fit it looks like its going to hit tank and melt it, how did you guys do this??, does you chamber hit fuel tank, i hate it when my chamber hits tank, i have lots of melted tanks on mod 550 dont wont do do this again

Mario, I heat molded my tank for the SJ chamber earlier, it made lots of room for the blaster chamber. Fill tank with water to displace all fumes, drain, hold in front of radiant propane heater until it turns clear and form to desired shape. WEAR HEAT RESISTANT GLOVES
