billet hood latches ??

Ive got an AtP hood latch and hood catch and as for cheap not at all its well made and strong it has to be with the hamering i give my ski, So whats more costly buying a billet hood latch or looseing your 800 buck hood as you didnt replace the monkey metal oem one with something more substansial?

The latch that works the best is the oem one they put on the blasters. You can adjust the tension, cuz they tend to loosen up over time. I've seen a few people put them on supers and they seem to work great.

I just took some rachet straps from the hardware store. The ones you can really crank down and screwed em right into my ski...like regular hood straps. My hood latch doesn't do anything anymore and probably isn't even needed. It's always floppin open, but the hood is motionless. These REALLY hold the hood in place. It will NEVER EVER move.
