Bilge siphon tube

Hey guys! I’m currently building a freestyle ski and was wondering if I should remove the siphon tube that runs in to the reduction nozzle? I am not using a siphon bilge on my set up and I am wondering if it would be worth the extra work to remove it? Would it improve flow?

You can use the tube for a 2nd cooling line. Just fill the hole with silicone.
Currently using it as a trim cable tube. Already have dual cooling. Should I remove the little tube in the reduction nozzle?

The impedance on water flow with that thing is so minimal you'd never notice it, same for the potential of adding air into the water stream to possibly add to cavitation, you'd likely never notice it. But if you really want to do something with it wihout totally getting rid of it, trim it flush to the inside of the nozzle and cap it from hose side. This way it'll still be every bit as effective of a siphon if you ever want to go back to it and you won't be doing a total deletion of it.
