Other Beware of Llopness / Quentin Llop

First off, i hate doing this. I hate the negative feedback section and all the drama that comes with it.

Quentin Llop aka “Llopness” Here on Xh20 put a %10 non refundable deposit down on the black eme hull i had for sale on October 30th. He was to pick the hull up that Thursday from me and pay the remaining amount owed. At this time it was still a ready to ride ski. The non refundable deposit was for me to know that he was serious about purchasing the hull and i would disassemble it and not be left with a pile of parts. The ski was disassembled and ready for pickup on November 1st, per his request. He kept pushing the pick up date further back and asked if i could hold onto it for him because he didn’t plan on riding till spring anyways. I agreed to keep it in my garage for him until he had the time to get it.
Few messages were exchanged since as i was waiting to hear his schedule. On November 20th i receive a random message from PayPal saying Quentin opened a dispute against me to get his $400 non refundable deposit back. He never messaged me prior to this nor did he present an issue. He simply went directly to PayPal and told them that “i never shipped the item”. For those who aren’t familiar with PayPal, that is the go to line as PayPal will side with you as a buyer if you claim your item was never “shipped”. In this instance it’s a lie, clearly. He was to pick up that hull and he still owes me %90 of the money. I have contacted Quentin and he is unresponsive although he’s posting all over Facebook market place.

@Llopness , What do you have to say since you won’t answer a phone call? What you are doing is not different than stealing money from someone’s wallet. You are a thief.

From my point of view the deal was off as soon as you took off extra pieces and advertised them for sale elsewhere. As of right now you still have your ski and you still have my deposit.
You called once and didn't leave a voicemail. We've exchanged text messages since. I've not lied to paypal, perhaps you should read what was written there.
attached are two photos.
1.Observe where the UMI lever was specifically itemized in your ad.
2.Observe your own text you've posted here where I ask where the levers went.
3. Observe the second picture a screencap of your ad to resell the levers.

Quentin, we made a deal separate deal from any ad of mine. The screen shot you posted of my Xh20 ad also includes pump, trim, and other misc parts that were not included so that’s completely irrelevant. You were %100 ok with that when you sent me a deposit. I had told you, i will include anything you’d would like BEFORE you sent a deposit and the finger throttle was never once specified. You had specified “handle bars” in our text messages and i have screen shots of that. Once you messaged me back i had said that you are more than welcome to have the finger throttle even though it wasn’t part of the original deal. Maybe you were confused or just assuming that i was throwing in extra parts that we never discussed?

update. Quentin finally texted back after ignoring me saying he’s “too busy” to respond to me because of the holiday yesterday. I woke up this evening to him escalating this into a claim through PayPal but hasn’t responded to my messages, again.

Quentin, do you not understand what agreeing to a non refundable deposit means? That deposit was for me to tear down a running ski to a hull and pole for YOU.

proof that your accusations are false.
