First off, i hate doing this. I hate the negative feedback section and all the drama that comes with it.
Quentin Llop aka “Llopness” Here on Xh20 put a %10 non refundable deposit down on the black eme hull i had for sale on October 30th. He was to pick the hull up that Thursday from me and pay the remaining amount owed. At this time it was still a ready to ride ski. The non refundable deposit was for me to know that he was serious about purchasing the hull and i would disassemble it and not be left with a pile of parts. The ski was disassembled and ready for pickup on November 1st, per his request. He kept pushing the pick up date further back and asked if i could hold onto it for him because he didn’t plan on riding till spring anyways. I agreed to keep it in my garage for him until he had the time to get it.
Few messages were exchanged since as i was waiting to hear his schedule. On November 20th i receive a random message from PayPal saying Quentin opened a dispute against me to get his $400 non refundable deposit back. He never messaged me prior to this nor did he present an issue. He simply went directly to PayPal and told them that “i never shipped the item”. For those who aren’t familiar with PayPal, that is the go to line as PayPal will side with you as a buyer if you claim your item was never “shipped”. In this instance it’s a lie, clearly. He was to pick up that hull and he still owes me %90 of the money. I have contacted Quentin and he is unresponsive although he’s posting all over Facebook market place.
@Llopness , What do you have to say since you won’t answer a phone call? What you are doing is not different than stealing money from someone’s wallet. You are a thief.
