Those are the best footholds you can get. You'll just want to remove the turf and repad them i recommend using 2 layers of 10mm padding because its softer and conforms to the curve easier for better adhesion. Then shape it to fit your foot. You can add some molded diamond after you shape it. You'll end up removing padding from the sides where it touches your shoe depending on the size of your foot. That will give you the clearance you need. Once you get that right, you'll love those footholds. They are very comfortable and keep you locked in. Adding a small wedge under the heel helps as well. Just make sure when you kick in, you kick straight otherwise your toe hits the hold and hurts like a sumbitch
