the front attachment of my roundnose chin pad is cracked, well I've tried to epoxy it and glass over it but the epoxy doesnt really stick to the plastic. it holds ok but you can peel it right off if you get a corner loose. I was just thinking rivit some sheet alumimum to support it. any better ideas? i thought epoxy would hold since people were able to stick turf to it with contact cement. guess not.

lol, now to talk to ice about how many rivits to use:fingersx:

ICE, what did I miss?? Is your ski sheet metal and rivits??

As for the chin pad: 2 screws toward the front should hold it fine.

Unless... you have an alum pole?

That should work well. My current one is done that way. I'm guessing this is on the chinpad you got from me? Sorry, it was a little pre-stressed! :kabong:
