Best way to apply Yamabond?

I will be using the stuff today and in the past i just dabbed it on my finger and applied it to the cases. Does anyone have a better way of doing it?

i dab it right out of the tube then smear it with my finger

I like to use a small paintbrush like you would use for model paints. I buy a cheapo package of them with plastic bristles and a couple of different size brushes in the package.

Squirt a little sealer out into an upside down beer can, easy to dip into and a nice edge to wipe excess off on. The brushes and can trick give you good control, cut down on wasted sealer and you just throw them away when you are through . . . . . .

I use the 'ol finger technique too. Works just fine.

i just keep dabbing it out of the tube
u need very little to make it work right

dab it out of the tube to get a bead. then finger smear it to get good even coverage. then let it sit for 3 to 8 minutes until your finger doesn't stick to it........... then assemble the parts and tighten them.

I'm pretty sure that was aimed at me butch... On the bottle it says to use a brush, and i always just used my finger. I was seeing what everyony else uses

Well now that you mention it . . . . . .

You can epoxy the top of the cap to the underside of your cabinets and that way you can just unscrew the tube with one hand . . . . . it also gives you a convenient place to store it so it'll be there when you need it next time.

Martha Stewart taught me that back when we were building Stroker motors together . . . . . . . biotch stole my torque wrench though, see if I give her any more recipes.

I really wasn't aiming it at anyone at all (you can bet I toned it down before posting) I just couldn't help myself..

They say not to use fingers because if you put it on your finger and you touch your eye,mouth,ear,etc. or break out in a rash, your local version of Larry H. Parker will get you 1.6 million..

For that reason I choose not to reveal my method to apply (it does keep my tounge in shape)
