Hopefully not for a long time! I put the JSS remanufactured coil & stator in last night & she's crispy barky BRAAAP!:arms: :arms: :arms: :arms: :arms: :arms: :arms: :arms:

John's Stators are top notch!!!! Very impressed with the build quality and his attention to detail. Better than oem. Tim has also used a couple.

That "waterproof" connector stuff is a bunch of crap. They will fail in the salt. Keep your connections inside the box (this also goes for the ones MSD sells).

His waterproof bilge switches are also awesome. Had one on the kawi for three years. No problems.

Primers are decent. Less likely to fail than the piston type. But, hit it with your foot, the rubber ball comes off and you are on the rope for a trip home. I have just had to move the location so I cannot hit them with a foot.

I have mixed feelings about the elec box stud kit. Great idea but has a potential leak path.

I cannot comment on the carb work or hood seals (have not used them). But, you know the story.
