best/most economical way to repair an oversized stripped hole in AL?

I've got a riva red pipe that stripped out the 3 mounting bolt holes. I borrowed a helicoil kit from my dad and somehow used the wrong drill bit to drill out one of the holes. So now I've got a HUGE oversized hole there.

Ive been told to fill that bastard with jbweld but IDK how strong it is threaded.

How much do welding shops usually charge to fill something like this?

Other options?

depending on size, you could use a threaded insert instead of helicoil.they come in different sizes as well as different wall thickness for that reason.

umm aluminum doesn't flow like mild or stainless. welding a bolt hole closed is possible, but not filling the hole up. you'd be lucky to have a weld 3/8" deep to tap.

i was about to weld my 62t 10mm exh holes up but i was a little worried since its such a deep hole that i would not fill it correctly and have a bigger problem

Fastenal doesnt seem to deal with TimeSert anymore and uses ReCoil "Keyserts" which are beefier but require drilling out to 12mm for 8mm bolt thread

can you change to a larger bolt? (pics would be a help.) if so use a larger helicoil.
i would also advise against welding the hole. its really hard to get aluminum to stick down inside a hole.
