Thought I'd post up some before and after pics from some of my builds.

Start off with my 98 GSXL. Couches are Ghey to start with, much less ones with purple on them. Trust me, riding this machine now is far from Ghey! SS 1040 BB this machine looks good and is stupid fast!

Third is my new 96 Roundie I picked up here in South Carolina. It's not finished yet but it's getting closer. I hope to have most of it done by Daytona.

I haven't ridden it for almost a year now. I moved 4000 miles and now live in South Carolina. I left my skis in Canada and bought new ones down here. I hope to go back in April and bring everything down. What about you?

I have over $8K in parts sitting around the house right now. Hoping to start assembling the ski over the next few weeks as the final parts and pieces show up. I need to get my cases clearanced to accept the bigger sleeves and I can assemble the engine. Are you into riding hugo this weekend or are you heading to Sebby?

i might be down for hugo i dont want to drive all the way to sebby and i think i read that you have to ride like a mile to get to the riding spot there.

i dont know if i will have my stator back from jss. so i cant make any plans yet and i still need a little more carb adjusting if not this weekend next weekend should be good.

I hear ya. JSS has all of my electronics right now, John does awesome work. I would be forcing things for this weekend but next weekend sounds even better if that works for you. Is Travis ready to ride yet? Your skis turned out awesome.

ya his ski is good to go. Yea john did my stator and coil but i spent all friday trying to figure out why i had no spark turned out to be my stator/pickup that was done by jss only like 10 rides ago. so i hope he figures something out.

next weekend sounds good i will talk to travis tonight at work see what he thinks

Still have the GSX and just got a $100 550 that im almost done fixing from the ground up. Looking for a SJ now too and just found out a few weeks ago my boss didnt want his 04 RXP so its sitting in my garage ( it was FREE)

How do you like the RXP? I guess you haven't tried it out yet but I'm wondering how it compares to the GSX.

Before I did my original build I wrestled with buying a new RXP versus doing up the GSX. I have always been curious if I made the right decision. In the end I think I spent just as much building up the GSX as I would have if I traded up to the RXP. The real question is, did I make the right decision. I would love to be able to go out and wax an RXP but I don't think that's going to happen is it?

Found these the other day and thought it might fit the thread. It's the before and after pics of my 2004 Dually.

Added Chrome where there wasn't replaced everything that was busted or missing, Stainless Rockers, running boards, bed caps, mud flaps and deflectors. Smoked out the windows, 2.5" Suspension Lift, Bully Dog Power Programmer with pre and post Pyros and Outlook Monitor. 5" MBRP Turbo Back S.S. Exhaust. SouthBend ConFe Clutch.

More mods were limited in the fact that this truck was a piece of crap that always broke down and sucked up the rest of my money!!
