What I do not get is the CC's: on the head 1000cc and 927cc's on the case... and I saw this a few times on different pics of X-Scream motors.. explanation??

The case actually says 992cc. If it did say 927, I think they'd catch a lot of flack from it being closer to 900 than 1000.

All mfg round. Yes as stated, the Kawi, but even the 760 is actually 754. Ford 5.0 is not really a 5.0. It has 4948cc. Making it closer to a 4.9 than a 5.0, but Ford already had a 4.9 (straight 6 300ci truck engine) so they called it the 5.0. The Camero with it's 305 was actually a 5.0.

Looks like he had it set up as a 927, Guessing the motor can be built up to 1000cc depending on bore and stroke.

Pancakes Scream motor is like this. It is not at its limit yet.

I think he is referring to seeing the 827cc on some of the SS865 packages.
We call it the SS 865 for Stock Stroke 865cc max, but they can start at either 827cc or 845cc. (Yes, Pancake has an 827cc)

1000cc are a true 992cc on 90mm bore and 1014cc on 91mm bore.

My bad, I thought I saw 927cc's not 992.. the parts about rounding up cc's I know... thanks for drawing my attention to my eyes' poor condition :)

never seen powervalves like that before whats the difference?

Totally new design.
Better slide shape for port closure, the spring is internal, still uses the sea doo bellows.
Clears a b pipe without spacers or head pipe mods. Plug, and play.
And the cost is substantially less :)
If you total the cost of (not just the savings of the valve) but no spacers, welding, grinding, and extra gaskets it adds up pretty quick.
Not too mention you can get more aggressive with head pipe porting.
They are on all of our cylinders now.
Use on other cylinders would require machining.
