you did get a warranty replacement battery thought right?
Im not really seeing how you can bitch about the warranty when you got a new replacement from somewhere OTHER than where you bought it.
in ANY other situation most folks would call that A kickass warranty!
I remember even offering to buy that warranty battery from you, but you wanted to KEEP it as a spare.
it must really suck.
IM honestly still trying to figure out how you killed it.
so far, mine have jump started my car, powered portable camping gear, served many hours in the ham radio room, magnatized a few screwdrivers...
Not to mention spending time in skis, and... hehe, e of them even rode around in the back seat of my truck for a few months... upside down, with my constant lunch mates kicking them around.
You must ride REALLY really hard.
hehe

I did, no thanks to Odyssey. It was a site sponsor that graciously replaced it.
That has nothing to do with Odyssey itself though.
The factory is an absolute pain in the ass to deal with.
And I'll have you know  that my failures had nothing to do with total loss and / or constant charging (this is spelled out in the manual as acceptable operation, btw). My failures were not creeping or slowly worsening performance.
They quit working from one second to the next. Which in one case caused me to have to swim my ski in to shore.
